I would highly recommend Kirsten Clarke and Adopt a Daughter. I am a parent with a busy career and aging parents. I was completely overwhelmed… and left the growing list of things to do at home completely neglected.

Kirsten came in and completely took that list off my hands. She organized and met various repairmen to get all those little things fixed. She managed the window cleaning, upholstery cleaning and spring garden clean-up. She cleaned out my basement and storage locker, discarding or donating unwanted items to help me de-clutter. My parents need to downsize soon and the first call I will make is to Adopt a Daughter. [It is] an essential service for those working and caring for their parents and children!

My mother had a fall and broke her hip. She lost her mobility and we needed help to immediately retrofit the house to make it wheelchair and walker accessible. Kirsten immediately researched and organized the installation of the best chair lifts for the two staircases in mom’s house. She also helped with replacing the tub with a shower insert with grab bars and a stool. My mother felt safe and relieved to come home to a fully accessible house.

Next steps are to organize and de-clutter so that when the time is right we are prepared for a quick and easy sale of the home and a transition for my mother to a condo. My mother will be calling Kirsten at Adopt a Daughter for help with this when she is recovered.

Our building was sold unexpectedly and our operating business and staff needed to relocate with little notice. After visiting prospective spaces and narrowing down the selection, Kirsten Clarke finely tuned the options and only showed us commercial properties that fit our needs and our budget.

With Kirsten’s help we found the solution quickly and painlessly. She handled all the documents and got us moved in smoothly. This saved us hundreds of hours of research and travel and allowed us to concentrate on running our business uninterrupted throughout the transition.
